I am doubtful as to the reliability of the results. You have had 100s of millions of violent alcohol related crimes over the past 60 years in America, including the sexual abuse of 10s of millions of children, all primary causes of PTSD and other stress disorders that sent millions a year in search of alternatives, but 75% of all alternative consumption was cannabis. You then had a alcoholic and codependent leadership from every sector of society - those whose recreational drug of choice is alcohol - enforced that drug as a monopoly over the recreational drug market. This sent multitudes in that mass of victims suffering alcohol related traumatic stress into chronic stress. Chronic stress destroys the brain, literally, and manifests symptoms exactly as those portrayed in the stereotypical stoner. The medical community was complicit in misdiagnosing those, claiming "cannabis is the gateway" and in creating a whole industry built on sending those to rehap and making them feel guilty and ashamed for doing something wiser and safer than their leaders - cannabis over alcohol for recreation (stress relief, preventative medicine). And because the medical community approved only their own personal recreational drug of choice as the only legal recreational choice, millions of those traumatized by alcohol related violence and sexual perversion went on and got drunk and completed the cycle of violence ensured by a alcoholic and codependent leadership that waged war on the traumatized victims of the nation's drunken debauchery and their recreational (stress and preventative medicine) substance of choice - cannabis.

Western Medicine always trying to disprove everything else but the drugs they sell. The only thing that kills you are the drugs you take to mask all your symptoms. Just listen to or read the potential side effects with drugs in commercials. With millions in research, they dont want to cure you. They want you to be dependers of their magical pill. If you stop paying, drugs wont work.

Addressing the “Vax causes long Covid” view. I am vaxed, last one at least 18 months ago. First time Covid recipient Dec/23. Since then immense fatigue, SOB, new onset asthma, 4 days off work with complete loss of balance, excruciating chest/back pain and persistent but mild aphasia. Timing doesn’t jive with the vax theory.

Thank you for the video. I smoke 1/2 a joint nightly w. guy friend. I vape some, a little during the evening, bc vaping helps me "come down". Years ago, dudes gave me red wine to come down, but I am not into alcohol. I know our weed is hi-percentage~=39%. We don't know the % of vape pot (someone gave it to us). Smoking joints for me, interspersed with lesser amount of vaping, is like a shot of liquor with a beer back. The joint being the "shot of liquor", vaping is like the "beer back". Vaping helps "straighten me out" if I get a little too whacked from the joint, sort of like taking a tranquilizer like a benzodiazepine. BTW, I consider myself addicted. I would like to taper off due to needing to feel better the next day.

Just watching this interesting video. Some comments. In the UK in 2024, our doctors are told not to request blood vit D routinely nor are levels determined in cancer and diabetic patients, is this medical and ethical negligence and the reason why the UK has such an unhealthy population? Supplementation is only recommended if a patient is known to be deficient, readers will see the problem with this edict. It is well known (or should be) that at northern latitudes, eg like the UK, the vast majority of people are significantly deficient, Dr Holicke and others have proved this. Moreover he and others also showed that between October to May the population D levels drop significantly, moreover it is known that from 50 years of age our levels decrease year on year. The effect is more pronounce in the obese (because D is fat soluble) and those with dark skin types. Dr Holicks comments on doses suggests that we still have little idea on what a "normal" level is, current descriptions of deficient and sufficient are made on determinations of blood levels of a historically deficient population. What are the levels in populations that have a high daily exposure to strong sunlight, this data will provide an in sight into what a "normal" blood level is. Research has shown that exposure to UVA sufficient to produce a slight skin redness in a type 1 skin, (ie white), around an hour exposure, can result in 10K to 20K IU being produced in the skin. I would expect a Spanish, Italian and Greek person who work in the sun and are people who usually have darker skins would still have levels in excess of 100 ng/ml. My conclusion is that dosing at 10K IU (sounds high dose yet is a lowly 250 microgram) daily is the minimum required for our biochemistry and demand of vit D receptors. As to toxicity it is now known that we have an enzyme that deactivates VD. What is mentioned in passing in this discussion is the role of cofactors, zinc, magnesium, vitamins A & K2, I wonder in the RCT's if these variables are considered, I would doubt it, thus we see results that are inconclusive or not statistically significant. Finally my vit D level (I badgered my GP to include the test on my wellman blood test) has recently been reported as 175mmol/L (70ng/ml) following nearly 12 months of supplementation of 4K IU D3/200mcg K2 oral & 10K D3 oil sublingual plus random dosing of cofactors.
